TEAM NASCAR Style Guide • NASCAR

TEAM NASCAR is a youth-focused licensing program designed to engage kids to the world of NASCAR. Through Pre-Design Research and Creative Strategy development processes, marketplace trends and graphic approaches were uncovered that would appeal to the licensing program's two distinct target segments – 2-5 year olds (Rookies) & 6-10 year olds (Kids). Developed NASCAR-centric editorial phrases and incorporated them, along with each segment's illustration style into a range of design elements, including badges, patterns, borders, type treatments and iconography. Product applications were developed representing a wide variety of consumer product categories. This project was developed while at Design Force, inc., under the creative direction of Ted Mininni.
